This blog introduces you to a variety of quotes from books on spiritual or metaphysical philosophy such as Spiritualism and New Age as grains of truth. The sources range widely from Edgar Cayce materials through books about past life regression therapy by Dr Brian Weiss to Silver Birch's spiritual messages. The quotes chosen, I hope, will encourage not only those who are interested in pursuing ideas of spiritual philosophy but also those who are having difficult times, in despair or in need of moral/spiritual support.  I also post inspirational messages that I receive from my own spirit guides.
